Former JLL Apac CEO Anthony Couse joins Elevate Capital as partner
Manchharam also started his job at JLL. He spent over 12 years at the firm, where he worked on investment offers and funding markets throughout Hong Kong, Singapore, and the larger area. Elevate Capital Group has announced the appointment of Anthony Couse as an affiliate. According to a Sept 8 news release, Couse, the former CEO for Asia Pacific (Apac) at JLL, are going to deal with Elevate establisher and regulating associate Ashish Manchharam to “speed up the company’s expansion, with a focus on scaling investor collaborations, broadening procurements, and boosting possession supervision strategies”.
In August 2024, Elevate acquired Stamford Court, a commercial structure on Hill Street in the Downtown Core, in a joint project with PGIM Realty for $132 million. Repositioning and asset enhancement works are currently being accomplished at the property development, that is targeted to reopen in the very first half of 2026.
